Important Information
Accounts in Arrears
Charges in arrears as of December 31 of the current year will be transferred to the real property taxes department and collected as taxes in arrears (except for properties exempt from assessment for taxation). Transferred accounts may be subject to an administration fee.
For properties with arrears not transferable to property taxes, water may be shut off. Water will not be turned on until the total arrears amount is paid in person, including any disconnection and reconnection fees.
If applicable, please retain your bills for income tax purposes. There will be a charge for duplicate receipts and payment history. A late payment charge will be added after the billing due date.
Property Owner Responsibility
The current property owner is responsible for water accounts unpaid by former owners or occupants.
