The CRD Animal Shelter has wonderful pets waiting to be welcomed into a good home. If you are looking to adopt a new best friend, please visit the Shelter or fill out an application for one of the animals listed for adoption.
Dogs for Adoption
Maisy
is an 8 month old bully mix breed puppy. She is a ton of fun, always ready for adventure and too friendly for her own good. She would do well with another dog to romp around with should do well with children that can handle her exuberance.
Hudson
is a big lovely puppy who is friendly and outgoing. He is a mix breed dog but the biggest of his group.
The eyes say it all! Meet
L’nu, the 35/40 lb little spitfire of a dog. She’ll chase you down mountains, excel in dog sports or run marathons. What she won’t do is be a leash only city dweller. She would be comparable to a kelpie, she’s sweet, adores her people, needs forced down time as well as lots of time to run. She’s also tough and strong willed and needs a savvy person to make sure she behaves. Not for the first time dog owner but someone is going to love this feisty girl. Best suited to living with a dog larger than her and prefers males.

1 – 4pm Monday to Saturday. The Shelter is not open on Sundays and holidays.
