Dogs Waiting for Adoption
Tonka - 24445
Tonka is a 1-2 year old neutered male Malamute X. He is a super sweet boy who is a total ham. Tonka needs a home where he knows who is boss and will include him in their daily lives. He will require a large fully fenced yard in which to play in.
Newa - 24818
Newa is a 7 month old neutered male Siberian Husky Shepherd Mix. This sweet boy is very mischievous and playful. He loves other dogs and loves to just play the day away. Newa is a puppy and needs someone to spend some time training him. Puppies chew, dig and can have accidents in the house. Please make sure you have the time to commit to training and socializing a pup; if you do, you will love this sweet silly boy.
Barkley
Barkley is a 7 month old soon to be neutered male black and tan Coonhound. PLEASE research the breed before you come and meet Barkley, he is super cute but not a breed for everyone. Barkley will require a home that is fully fenced and where he will spend the majority of his time indoors with his family. Coonhounds are very unhappy when separated from their families and will let everyone know about it! If you are interested in hunting or tracking Barkley is your man. He will require basic obedience.
Anna
Anna is a lovely 8-10 year old Lab Boxer X. She came to us as a stray and no one came looking for her. Anna has lots of lumps and bumps due to old age but is very loving and easy to get along with. She is still very active and if given a chance will make a lovely companion. If you have space in your home and heart for a very sweet older dog please consider giving Anna the home she deserves.
Snoopy
Snoopy is a 6 year old Shepherd Border Collie X. He is a super friendly loving boy who is very eager to please. Snoopy needs a home that will spend the time to teach him what life is like as a house dog as he has only known life as a backyard chain dog. He will require lots of love and lots of exercise. Snoopy is picky about the dogs he will get along with and cats are unknown.

The Pound is closed to the public on Sundays and holidays.
