Aquatic Spin Bikes

spin bike Looking for a new addition to your workout?  Panorama Recreation Centre is going to become the first aquatic facility on Vancouver Island to offer a variety of aquatic spin classes.

The Hydrorider is a light, portable stationary bike made from marine stainless steel that allows participants to increase their exercise options in the water.  As you may already be aware aquatic exercise is low impact and has many benefits such as weight loss, increasing endurance and rehabilitation from injury or disease.

These bikes are not just for spin classes, they can also be used for personal training and rehabilitation serving a variety of our client’s needs.  The light weight and portability will allow us to set up and take down the bikes in just a few minutes. 

Our Aquatic Fitness team will be trained on the use of the bikes and be CALA certified for the instruction of aquatic spin classes.
