Credit applications are available at the landfill site office or from the Capital Regional District Finance Department at 625 Fisgard Street in Victoria (*Please note that the form may not be fillable in Firefox 19.0 and higher).

- Terms of credit on a monthly billing system are net 30 days.
- Payments on account can be made by cash, cheque and electronic banking.
Residential Garbage Collection
All municipalities in the region that offer residential garbage collection utilize a user pay system that limits the amount of garbage each household can place out for collection. Areas not served by municipal collection pay private waste management companies directly for their garbage collection services.
Garbage collection is not operated by the CRD.
