e-Billing account registration & login temporarily unavailable during software upgrades Oct. 3-7
While the CRD updates its billing software, access to e-Biling accounts and login will be temporarily unavailable from Thursday October 3 @ 8:00 AM to Monday October 7 @ 8:00 AM.
Existing e-Billing customers will continue to receive utility bills by email as per the regular billing cycle. New customers or existing customers wanting to register for e-Billing will be unable to register until access resumes on October 7.
Water billing account registration and login are expected to resume the morning of October 7
