Southern Gulf Islands Ferry Advisory Committees
Mandate according to BC Ferries Ferry Advisory Committee Terms of Reference:
- represent community residents in a consultation relationship to BC Ferries
- bring forward service issues and concerns identified by residents and provide feedback on local ferry service to residents
- advise BC Ferries on long-term planning issues for ferry service in relation to community planning
- advise BC ferries on effective ways for them to communicate ferry service issues to residents
- advise residents of BC Ferries long-term plans and priorities
