Carey Place (3812 Carey Road) provides 55 one-bedroom rental suites for seniors. Operated by Baptist Housing, land owned by the Capital Regional District.
The Heights at Mount View (3814 Carey Road) provides 260 residential care suites serving seniors with complex care needs. Operated by Baptist Housing, with land and building owned by Capital Regional Hospital District.
Westview (3816 Carey Road) provides 73 affordable units for seniors, adults with disabilities, working singles and families. Owned and operated by the Capital Region Housing Corporation.
