About Our FacilitesLocated a beautiful 35-minute drive from Victoria or two minutes from the centre of Sooke at 2168 Phillips Road, SEAPARC's facilities have something for everyone, including:

  • Aquatic Centre includes a six-lane, 25-metre competition pool, leisure pool, swirl pool, and pool viewing area. We are proud to use salt purification in our pool (no more gas chlorine), which means the water is softer on skin, eyes and hair, and also easier on the colours in your bathing suit!
  • Skating Arena with NHL regulation size ice rink, with capacity for 3,500 people, arena dry floor during the summer
  • Weight Room that offers a variety of cardio and strength training equipment to suit all abilities.
  • Fitness Studio for dance, aerobics, yoga and events
  • Multi purpose rooms (capacity for 90 and 28 people) available for events, meetings and celebrations
  • Stan Jones Field baseball diamond
  • Sooke Bike Park includes a pump track and a circular hard-dirt surface with hills and jumps. The bike park is designed to entertain and challenge all levels of riders.
  • DeMamiel Creek Par 3 Golf Course. Located at 6518 Throup Road.
  • Sooke Skate Park. Located at 6522 Throup Road.
  • Sooke Sport Box. Located at 2430 Phillips Road.

Program Locations

A wide variety of general interest programs are also offered at different locations throughout Sooke and the Juan de Fuca Electoral Area, including local schools, sport fields and parks. 

Code of Conduct

SEAPARC Recreation promotes a safe, welcoming, positive, and inclusive environment where everyone is valued. Staff, volunteers, participants, and facility users are expected to treat others and this facility with respect and act in a safe and courteous manner. 

Camera Use Policy

Camera use is monitored to ensure the safety of all patrons while attending the facility. Parents who wish to take pictures of their children who accompany them to the pool/program area are advised that SEAPARC follows a child protection policy that guides camera use. Please talk with a staff member if you have any questions.
