Private Instructor Policy
Outside individuals or organizations are not permitted to conduct paid services, including coaching, in Panorama Recreation facilities without prior approval by management. These services must not directly compete or conflict with Panorama Recreation programs and services, and must comply with facility use terms and conditions.

Court Booking Rates
  • Tennis courts may be booked for 1, 1.5 or 2* hours at a time (*applies to single session bookings only, not recurring).
  • Squash, racquetball, wallyball and table tennis courts, plus the indoor basketball hoop, may be booked for 45 minutes or 1.5 hours at a time.

Facility Rental Conditions of Use

Recurring booking holders are expected to follow certain conditions of use. Preview them here.

Currently, indoor tennis, outdoor tennis, squash and convertible court rental by an individual does not require proof of insurance. Organized clubs, leagues and associations are required to provide proof of insurance. Insurance may be required of pickleball Recurring Group Court Rental holders dependent on the day and time of court use. Panorama will arrange this coverage. Fees will be due at time of booking.

We will begin accepting requests for this period in March. Requests will be due March 16. Please use the fillable Recurring Court Booking Request Form to submit your request when time comes. 

2025/26 In-Season - September 2025-April 2026
We will begin accepting requests for this period in July. Please check back for details closer to this period.

Interested in courts on multiple days of the week, or different types of courts? Please submit a separate form for each day and/or court.
Tennis courts may be booked for 1 hour or 1.5 hours at a time. Squash, racquetball, wallyball and table tennis courts may be booked for 45 minutes or 1.5 hours.

Panorama Recreation Centre has four indoor and two outdoor tennis courts, one squash court, and one convertible court used for racquetball, wallyball, squash and table tennis. The convertible court can accommodate two table tennis tables.

Monthly payment plans are available for bookings with values of $500 or more. Seasonal payment plans are available for full in-season booking; those spanning September-April.

Mandatory Equipment

For squash and racquetball, goggles are mandatory for juniors and strongly recommended for adults. Goggles may be borrowed from reception.

Equipment

Racquets, paddles, goggles, balls and other game equipment may be borrowed from reception. You will be asked to leave car keys or ID as a deposit when borrowing equipment.

Project Re-Bounce

Dead tennis or squash ball? Don't lob it into the landfill. Instead, deposit it in one of the Project Re-Bounce collection bins – now located in the tennis lobby or on-court by the exit doors.
