Registration for the 2024/2025 School Year
Online registration for new families in our Out of School Care program will take place on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at 10am. Space availability depends on the school your child attends (Sidney, Deep Cove, KELSET, Keating, & Brentwood Bay). Register here >>
The fee is $350 per month and payment plans are available.
At the time of registration you will be asked to confirm your child’s school, grade, email, phone number, use of Affordable Childcare Benefit, and any individual inclusion/support needs. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of registration and will be applied to your first month payment in September 2024. If you secured a space and paid the deposit, a Panorama staff member will reach out to you within 14 days regarding the completion of licensing paperwork and payment information.
Please note:
- In order to make you registration process as smooth as possible, please ensure you have created and sign into your account prior to the registration going live.
- All spaces are for full time registrations.
- We do not offer morning care at this time.
As spaces fill quickly, you will be asked if you wish to be placed on the waitlist if you did not secure a spot. The waitlist is used to fill any space that becomes available throughout the spring, summer, and into the 2024-2025 school year. Each year, we do see some movement as family situations change.

After School Care Program Information
We currently operate After School Care on school days from 3-5:30pm for children Kindergarten to Grade 5, and provide transportation from your child's school to either Greenglade Community Centre (Deep Cove, Sidney or ḰELSET Elementary Schools) or the Central Saanich Cultural Centre (Brentwood and Keating Elementary Schools). For the 2024/2025 school year, both locations will feature games, crafts and simple healthy snacks daily. Cost is $20/day, with monthly payment plan available. Out of School Care does not operate on non-instructional days or through seasonal school holidays. Separate registered day camps are available in lieu.
Children attending from Sidney, Deep Cove, and Keating Elementary will require registration with School District 63 Transportation as they will ride a school bus to our location.
If your child requires one-on-one support or an individualized behaviour support plan, or qualifies for funding through Island Health’s Supported Child Development Program or the Aboriginal Supported Child Development Program, please email Jason Gray, Community Recreation Coordinator, prior to registration. Space is limited to two support staff.
Affordable Child Care Benefit
