The Capital Regional District (CRD) invites detailed proposals consistent with the CRD’s Long-term Biosolids Management Strategy.
The objective of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify options for the beneficial use(s) of dried Class A biosolids produced at the CRD’s Residuals Treatment Facility for outside the capital region that can be implemented in time for the 2024-2025 winter season.

Delays caused by any computer related issues will not be grounds for an extension of the Closing Time. Proposals received electronically with a time stamp after the Closing Time will not be considered.

The CRD reserves the right to extend the Closing Time at its sole discretion.
