INTRODUCTION
The Capital Regional District (CRD) invites qualified consulting firms to submit credentials to design a liner system for Cells 4, 5 & 6 and related infrastructure at the Hartland Landfill. The purpose of this Call for Credentials (CFC) is to select three of the most qualified and experienced firms who will be invited to submit detailed proposals for this project.
