  1. The Capital Regional District (CRD) Otter Point Volunteer Fire Department invites quotes from qualified bidders for the supply and delivery of one (1) – Fire Truck.
  2. Sealed bids should be clearly marked “INVITATION TO TENDER NO. 2019-OPFD-001 SUPPLY OF FIRE TRUCK Attention: John McCrea, Fire Chief”,
  3. Quotes will be at the CRD Otter Point Volunteer Fire Department office 3727 Otter Point Road, Sooke, BC, V9Z 0K1 until 1:00:00 p.m. local time, Wednesday December 04, 2019. Quotes received after the closing will not be accepted or considered. Delays caused by any delivery, courier or mail service(s) will not be grounds for an extension of the closing time. Proposals received after the closing time will be returned unopened to the Proponent.
