"Tender for Hartland Landfill Neighborhood Intersection Improvement – Contract No. 30.21.07-02” will be received by the Project Manager, Charles Cholette, Parks, Recreation & Environmental Services of the Capital Regional District at their offices at 625 Fisgard Street, Victoria, BC up to 2:00pm local time on September 18th, 2024 at which time they will be opened in private.
The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include, but is not limited to, the following:
The scope of this project is the construction of road safety improvements for motorists and pedestrians at the following intersections: Willis Point Road/Wallace Drive, Wallace Drive/West Saanich Road & West Saanich Road/Hartland Avenue. All work is to be completed in accordance with drawings and specifications prepared by ISL and PBX Engineering located in Appendix B of this document. Also included in Appendix C, D, and E are the following reports to be used for pricing consideration: Arborist, Environmental and Geotechnical.
The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
A non-mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at Wallace Drive & W Saanich Road on August 28th, 2024 at 10:00am. Tenderers are recommended to visit the site to ensure that they have satisfied themselves of everything and of every condition that could affect the execution of the work. Tenderers are encouraged to make enquiries to satisfy themselves of the work requirements.
