The Capital Region Housing Corporation (CRHC) invites detailed proposals from Mechanical Engineering Firms in accordance with the Proposal Documents. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a Mechanical Engineer to provide Services as a Mechanical Engineer of Record for CRHC’s proposed affordable housing redevelopment project located at 1183 Verdier Avenue, Central Saanich, BC.

All proponents are encouraged to review the mandatory criteria within Appendix “D” – Evaluation Form and Procedures of the RFP.
