The Capital Region Housing Corporation, hereinafter referred to as the CRHC, invites Proposals for the Description of service / goods required:

PRIMARY INVITATION REQUEST
1) Business Analysis of Property Management Lifecycle Process (PMLP)

SUPPLEMENTARY INVITATION REQUEST(S)
2) SaaS Property Management Information System License
3) Provide SaaS & implementation
4) Provide ongoing systems support

CRHC reserves the right to award in whole or in part the above-mentioned services further outlined in Appendix “A”. Proponents may be awarded additional follow-on work without a further competition.
