The Capital Regional District (CRD) is seeking proposals from qualified, certified SAP SuccessFactors implementation partners who can demonstrate that they possess the organizational, functional, and technical capabilities and experiences to implement SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruitment and Onboarding with integration to on-premise ECC Payroll and Time and Attendance. This request is for implementation services.
The successful vendor shall be responsible for the implementation of the respective SuccessFactors platform and modules including design, configuration, deployment, data migration and replication and integration to address all CRD employee lifecycle events.
The intent is to adopt the best practices provided by SAP and the proponent’s pre-configured features wherever possible.
The employee master data source of truth will be Employee Central (EC) with replication of the necessary data to support on-premise ECC, in particular: Payroll, Time & Attendance, Employee Self-Serve (ESS), Manager Self-Serve (MSS), Benefits, and Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC).
