Notice is hereby given that Capital Regional District (the “CRD”), intends to directly award a purchase to the following supplier to provide a customized mist eliminator for the Secondary Odour Control System at McLoughlin Point Wastewater Treatment Plant at an estimated value of $120,000 CAD.

Perry Fiberglass Products Inc. 5415 Village Drive Rockledge, FL 32955 In accordance with applicable trade agreements, CRD has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process for the following reason:

•the goods or services can be supplied only by the selected supplier and no alternative or substitute exists for the following reason:

(a)to ensure compatibility and standardization with existing products/systems

Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Shari McCreesh, Purchaser by email to PurchasingIWS@crd.bc.ca before 2:00pm Pacific Time, December 20, 2024. The CRD will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
