Things to Do

Despite its small size, Mayne Island offers a variety of sightseeing opportunities. Whether watching bald eagles soar from the top of Mount Parke, or harbour seals hanging out on one of the many beaches, there’s ample opportunity to observe wildlife and take in scenic views.

With its historic lighthouse, Georgina Point is a picturesque spot to watch boat traffic pass by. If you’re looking to combine culture and activity, Dinner Bay Park is a destination not to be missed. It boasts an exquisite Japanese garden, disc golf course, playground and more. If you decide to visit one of the farmers’ markets, artists’ galleries, or annual Fall Fair, you’ll see the strong community spirit of Mayne Island shine.
