Located on Salt Spring Island, Mill Farm is named after the remnants of a small early 20th-century mill that once stood on the property. Today, there is little evidence of logging, except for a waterwheel visible among the forest that has reclaimed the area. The park provides magnificent views of Saanich Inlet and Cowichan Bay.

Despite its logging history, Mill Farm features one of the largest stands of old-growth forest in the Gulf Islands. The park provides a habitat for several rare or endangered plant species, including the Phantom Orchid.

Please note that Mill Farm Regional Park has no public facilities or amenities.
