Got old electronics lying around? Most electronic products, like printers, computers, and TVs are taken care of through the province-wide Encorp Return-It stewardship program. You've already chipped in for this service with an environmental handling fee (EHF) when you bought the items.

How do I go green?

Make your old electronics last longer by keeping up with product updates and/or refurbishing. Repair or replace parts rather than an entire system.

Donate electronics that still work to a charity, community group, school or church (keeping in mind that these groups can’t use items that need to be repaired) or offer it for free online through social media or an online classifieds service. Consider repairing items whenever possible and refilling ink/toner cartridges instead of purchasing new ones.
