SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF WATERWORKS FITTINGS

REQUEST FOR QUOTE
Capital Regional District (CRD) Integrated Water Services invites
quotes from qualified bidders for supply and delivery of waterworks fittings, F.O.B. prepaid at CRD Integrated
Water Services’ yard at 479 Island Highway, Victoria, BC. Purchase and delivery will be on an “as and when required” basis
with no guarantee of a minimum. Sealed bids clearly marked “RFMSO NO. 2024-957,
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF WATERWORKS FITTINGS” will be accepted at the CRD
Integrated Water Services offices, Attention: Shari McCreesh, Purchaser, 479
Island Highway, Victoria, BC, V9B 1H7 or to PurchasingIWS@crd.bc.ca until 2:00:00
p.m. local time, April 4, 2024 at which time they will be opened in public.
All bids must be submitted on the form provided. Bids must be
comprised of one (1) hard copy and one (1) USB e-copy if submitted by
mail/courier. Quotation documents on PDF
are enclosed.
All inquiries should be directed to Shari McCreesh, Purchaser at PurchasingIWS@crd.bc.ca.
Inquiries should be made no less than five (5) calendar days prior to closing.
The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted.
INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
General Conditions
Bidders are directed to carefully examine the enclosed information. Failure to follow the instructions may result in disqualification of the quote.
Form of Proposal
Proposals shall contain:
- Completed and signed Declaration of Bidder – Section 5.1
- Schedule A Schedule of Quantities and Prices
- The completed submission shall be clearly marked:
“RFMSO NO. 2024-957, SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF WATERWORKS FITTINGS”

Sealed Submissions shall be delivered to the above address, not later than 2:00:00 p.m. Local Time, April 4, 2024. Quotes received after the appointed time will be rejected and returned to the Bidder unopened. Emailed submissions must be received by 2:00:00 p.m. local time according to the receiver’s computer time stamp.
The quote form must be submitted on the printed form provided and also be made available electronically on a USB. The form must be manually signed by a duly authorized representative of the supplier. If erasures or other changes appear on the quote form, each must be initialed by the person signing the quote.
