The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include, but is not limited to, the following:
The supply installation of one (1) prefabricated lacrosse box located at Centennial Park, 7526 Wallace Dr., Saanichton, BC. This supply and installation is part of a larger development project that will be managed by a General Contractor.
Site preparation is not required, as the site works will be completed before delivery of the prefabricated box.
The delivery date will need to be coordinated with the General Contractor on site. Prime Contractor Safety responsibility falls under the General Contractor. All safety requirements associated with the supply and installation of the lacrosse box are to be coordinated with the General Contractor. Contact information will be provided at a later date. The CRD intends to award a Contract in and around February 2024. The supply and installation of the prefab lacrosse box is required by June 30, 2024. The CRD requires that the pricing remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days.
A non-mandatory pre-tender site meeting will be held at Centennial Park, 7526 Wallace Dr., Saanichton, BC at 11:00am, January 25, 2024. Tenderers are recommended to visit the site to ensure that they have satisfied themselves of everything and of every condition that could affect the execution of the work. Tenderers are encouraged to make enquiries to satisfy themselves of the work requirements.
