What is Integrated Resource Management?
Integrated Resource Management (IRM) is a process that promotes integrated management of solid and liquid waste residuals to maximize resource recovery through combined processing of some, or all of these materials.
At their meeting on May 9, the Board asked staff to proceed with the development of a Hartland Renewable Natural Gas project plan for approval and funding through the 2019 budget process.
At their January 10 meeting, the CRD Board directed staff to focus on two discrete IRM procurement opportunities in lieu of comprehensive technology procurement for all solid and liquid waste residuals.
